The location is perfect, the rooms are very clean and there’s anything you need. Zurab is a great host, very friendly and helpful. We chose the option with breakfast and the food was a lot, locally sourced and very tasty. I definitely recommend his place for your stay in Kutaisi. Perfect for group and individual stay!

Kommunikation in Englisch ist etwas schwierig , Russisch ist besser.

The location is super central and Zurab is a great host! He’s very friendly and super helpful. We also had breakfast there and there was a lot of food, all very tasty! I definitely recommend his accommodation for a stay in Kutaisi.

We had such a pleasant stay here! The house is located in a quiet neighbourhood really close to the city center! Our room was very clean and spacious(beds were extra comfortable)! The sweet owner made our stay unique(he even offered us homemade cake!). Thank you and see you again when we come back !

La atención del dueño de 10, estuvo atento a todo lo que necesitamos, incluso pudimos probar su estupendo desayuno. La habitación muy cómoda, todo limpio y calentito. La ubicación en el centro de Kutaisi es excelente para visitar la ciudad y los alrededores, no os perdáis los cañones de Okatse y Martvili, impresionantes. 100% recomendable
