gegenüber ist eine Baustelle, der Kran läuft mit lauten Schaltgeräuschen den ganzen Tag, das macht einen verrückt. Dies hätte vorher angegeben werden müssen. Bei der Wohnungsübernahme war in Mikrowelle noch ein Teller mit alten Wurstlebensmitteln, eklig. Kein PKW-Stellplatz, dieser musste teuer von der Satdt angemietet werden, Zuerst haben wir hierzu einen Strafzettel über 50€ erhalten, da wir dachten, wir könnten gegenüber dem Gebäude parken

Very spacious appartement.

The outdoor patio area was lovely. It was quiet.

The whole house smelled musty and moldy the minute we entered the door. There was no AC and it was extremely hot. There were no screens, so when we left the windows and doors open, many bugs flew in. So it was a toss up between breathing bad air or getting bug bites. When the owner was approached with these concerns, she was defensive and disbelieving. We had to ask for a fan, and only one was produced. The amenities were scarce; no napkins, no paper towels, no sponge, soap dispensers that didn't work, and no laundry detergent. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. We therefore got little sleep between the hard beds and hot air. We also discovered and photographed mold along the window frames.
