The other guest was very messy leaving the house an absolute mess was not impressed at all I had to go round cleaning up after them!! It was a disgrace how untidy he was

No breakfast provided. Living space was good. Bedroom was very small but suitable for my requirements. Bathroom shower was clean and in working condition.

Towels could have been left in room instead i needed to find my own.

Lovely new build with great amenities, comfy bedroom and piping hot shower. Perfect for contractors and central location.

Unfortunately we can’t choose the other tenants that stay in these places and came across a couple of cheeky guys that seemed to want to try all the bedrooms out and help themselves to some of the kitchen amenities which was annoying. But doesn’t stem away from the great accommodation.

Comfortable cheap clean, nice kitchen to cook or chill out, nice sofas, modern, lovely power shower, house to myself (no other guests) Lots of parking available A garden for the summer Easy check in if you get the key code message.

Couldn't work TVs No heating, but luckily not draughty as a new build Not allowed to help ourselves to surplus food in fridge or cupboards (milk in fridge etc) Location quite remote but suited me for my bike adventures No bike parking so kept bike in lounge. Host was abrupt when trying to access (did not receive message with keysafe code) A little noisy with A60 nearby Single room very small.

It was good enough for what we paid.

Felt homely.

Once I had got in, it was okay. I had text and email apologising that the room had not been cleaned etc though by the time I picked them up, it was a bit late to bother. Accomodation was fine

My problem this time was getting access. I was met by a guy who told me to get my key using the PIN. Did he assume I just knew it? I used the pin given on the printout from Booking.com. It didn't work. I got the guy again who told me to ring the number I had on my printout A voice from my provider said they could'nt access that number. That would have given me the PIN.Luckily for me. as I was wondering what to do when another guest (Adam) turned up knew the Pin, went straight the key locker and gave me my key. Should the PIN have been on the confirmation from Booking.com, was it out of date? It was a worry at the time
