The pool facility was the only thing that struck us and the beach. Beds was comfortable.

I was very disappointed with my stay at this chalet. From the outset, the staff were rude and unwelcoming, which immediately set a negative tone for the visit. Unbeknownly and oblivious to yhe fact that we were standing there, the 2 ladies wete gossiping about us- highly unpleasant. One of the most frustrating aspects was the policy that day visitors are not allowed—something that was never communicated to us prior to arrival. Had we known about this restriction in advance, we definitely would have reconsidered our booking and made alternative arrangements. Overall, the lack of transparency and poor customer service made for an unpleasant experience. I would not recommend this chalet based on my experience.

The apartment was clean and had everything we needed, felt like a home away from home.

We were surprised to find we had to cover the cost of electricity. This was not clear when we booked.

Electrick Kettle was not working. I reported and was told to use the gas stove if I want to boil water . It was difficult to use television. No extra blanket.

Location is ideal for most parts of the South Coast but far enough from the peak holiday crowds to be peaceful and restful.

Main bedroom bathroom had a hand shower that was not on a slide rail so could not be put into place as a proper shower. With no curtain, the hand shower also creates mess on the floor.

Location was fair. A small walk to the beach. Neat and comfortable.

There was a lot of flies due to the heat. Maybe add a fly trap. Games room needs an update.
