"Bel maison idealement placée"

Maison spacieuse superbe varangue.Emplacement exceptionnel. Acces facile et belle place parking.

Pas de confort espace salon varangue,1 seule chaise longue de plus déchirée et coussins salon osier inconfortable et tres usager. 2 etendoirs en fin de vie. Pour la cuisine manque verres plateau saladier ciseau vis à vis du standing.

Idéal pour un brunch ou sunset grâce à la proximité de la plage. Belle véranda pour profiter pleinement de l'extérieur. L'espace des pièces à vivre (salon, cuisine, salle de bains, toilettes).

"Exceptionnel, dépaysant et riche en découvertes."

Cet établissement est magnifique ! Très surpris par sa taille et sa propreté à notre arrivée. Le cadre extérieur nous met immédiatement dans l’ambiance locale. Et le gros plus…. Il est très proche du lagon de l’Etang Salé avec sa plage au sable noir et vert qui est superbe !

L'emplacement est idéal, à 50 m de la plage. Beaucoup de restaurants à proximité. Le logement est très spacieux, avec une très grande varangue. Les instructions pour récupérer les clés so t claires et faciles.

"Séjour très agréable et reposant"

Le logement est spacieux et finit avec goût.

Problème d’eau chaude de premier jour, malgré les explications dans le livret d’accueil, sûrement un dysfonctionnement au niveau de la résistance de chauffage à faire contrôler.

"Très bon séjour au Capucin"

Le logement est vaste, d'un très bon standing. La plage est à 2 pas. Le parking privatif est un vrai plus. Possibilité de manger facilement dans les environs. Le personnel a été très réactif.

L'équipement mériterait d'être complété pour refléter le standing du logement.

"Good value for money"

The size of property and the cleanness of bathroom, rooms, kitchen

All was good but if we want to rebook for family holidays it is pity there is no Barbecue for outdoor.
