USLocation and beds were comfortable.
The place was dirty. Toilets dirty, kitchen dirty with dried up dirty dishes in the washer, so we never used it. Crumbs in air fryer, so we didn't use and crumbs around stove. HVAC controlled so that when it's hit outside, it's hot inside and then we froze at night. B.Com should have higher standards for homes to be rented under their banner. Going back to VRBO!

Needs a deep clean throughout house. Toilets aren't flushing every time.
USUSUSUSWe really liked the electric fireplace and having a full-size washer and dryer and 2-car garage came in really handy. The living room was very comfortable and having 2 smart TVs was nice. The kitchen had most everything we needed. The tea and Keurig were much appreciated. It was also nice having the option of being pet-friendly, although our guests decided to board their dog and didn’t end up bringing it.
It could use mostly cosmetic improvements like some exposed holes in the walls and dried paint drips on the kitchen window. The large mirror in the kitchen and the front door peephole are positioned for very tall people and many of us were not able to look through the peephole or use the mirror. The master bedroom bed made weird “popping” noises even when we were just laying there, like the wood frame was loose or something. It wasn't bothersome once we got used to it.
USUSUSFirst, the place was very spacious, Tinh have great instructions and very detailed. The area was nice and quiet with so much parking. Very nice for our Cousins day dinner.
It could have used some detailed cleaning. A little dusty and some of the drains had drained super slow
