"Disgusting and disappointing"

Apartment was not clean had cake in bin in the bathroom food still in fridge from other people plates and cutlery was dirty .

I have 2 autistic kids we told company we would arrive between 12 -1 am ...and the made us sleep in car all night till 3 pm next day ...freezing weather....try calling to be cut off loads of time and when they did answer said we are in bed now can't do anything. On the website it said there was a PlayStation...so kids was happy ...to find out there was nothing for kids to do.....
