Nous n'avions pas la chambre que l'on avait réservé mais le personnel a réglé le problème rapidement. Le personnel est extrêmement agréable et d'une grande gentillesse.

La ruelle d'accès et sombre et sale.

We couldn't find the place and had to book eksewhere at the last minute (this seems a common thread in all reviews, how hard it was to find ). Despite knowing this, on asking for a link for the properties location , no reply from the property, 5 phones calls , all went to answer machine (in arabic) . And when booking (we hadn't asked) asked for a cancellation refund, the one word reply from the property was sorry . When asking in the supposedly nearby rooftop restaurant, we were told the place didn't exist !!! I wouldn’t recommend booking here as if it does exist , it's too hard to find and the owners appear not to care at all. Or it doesn't exist and yiu are just veing scammed . I think booking need to look into this

"Great staff, comfortable riad close to medina."

Mishmish was super helpful, even with our 20:00 arrival and 04:30 departure. He walked us to the taxi pickup and made the reservation for us. The beds were comfortable and room was nice.

It was difficult to find, the Google Maps address leads you to a restaurant. Follow the booking.com address until you see a sign that says “Sanya” and follow that.
