The size of the apartment and its location. It is near to shopping centres, restaurants and bars. The area is safe. There is a laundrette within the building as well as a 24/7 convenience store. The staff at the lobby were polite and very helpful. They always smile and greet you when they meet you. The recreation area which is the swimming pool is a nice place to relax. The value for money is really good. It is not too expensive. The check in and check out process were simple and smooth.

The place needs a thorough clean. During our stay, there were dusts in certain areas and appliances in the apartment and ants in the cupboards and toilet. If this was cleaned properly, I believe we wouldn’t have this issue. The apartment did not provide extra toilet paper and rubbish bags. We have to buy our own. If this is their policy for long staying guests then they should disclose such information so the guests are aware. The sink in the toilet needs a proper unclogging. The water does not drain properly and it takes a long time to drain. We tried to clean & unclogged it and we discovered hairs and grimes. It was a bit disgusting. Their tap/faucet in the kitchen sink was lose. No leak, still working but needs fixing to avoid further issues. The shower lever/handle is broken and needs replacement. We were able to used the shower despite the issue. If it is not fixed soon enough, their shower will not be in use. The apartment has very little storage space for your clothes. They have a small chest of draws outside the room but the sliding door needs fixing and they used it to store pillows so we kept our clothes in bags on the floor in the room throughout our stay for almost 3 weeks. I would recommend to the owner to provide a small wardrobe in the bedroom or replace the existing one as this would make their guests stay more comfortable and convenient. We did our part to maintain the place clean and tidy so we bought some cleaning stuff to wipe the dusts and prevent accumulation of insects inside the apartment but the owner or management should also ensure that they are doing their maintenance check properly. We reported certain issues to management but we did not receive any response and we felt ignored considering we were their guests. Their communication is bad and they lack customer service.

I wished there was a coffee maker and extra beddings for the pullout bed.

Everything except for the room that doesn't have a spare key.

We enjoy our over all stay,the ambience,the view and the location. We'll gonna go back for sure.

Well,we wanted to watch for some Netflix but we need to sign in. And the WiFi kinda get slow but overall the stay was good
