So clean inside.

There was no coffee plunger in the kitchen. The courtyard was devoid of any pot plants or creepers to soften the very concrete space. The front street facing garden is an eye sore - no care at all and you walk into a space with three large refuse bins. Why don't they put the bins behind a screen and plants some indigenous plants?

Beautiful and quiet

With 3 bus routes in walking distance it's easy to get around town. The kitchen is very well equipped and the apartment is neatly furnished. A place one can easily stay much longer.

Visiting in winter is a challenge. The single glass windows are a big source of condensation, the bathroom exhaust is also overwhelmed. Hence the place starts to mold and need to be taken care of in this regard.

The price is very reasonable and the place is well located. Very clean place and amazing stuff… really like the restaurant and the boutiques downstairs.

The TV needs to be upgraded to a the latest smart tv and the size is way too small.
