Simplicity, decor, location to-where I wanted to go & closer to airport. I like the decors since i am a beach lover.

Nothing except somebody made a horrible in the hallway either someone vomited or a dog pooped in there.

I like the well-equipped apartment, kitchen, good bed, Close to the airport

I have no complaints, everything was fine, I was only surprised when I found out that the pool is charged 100 pesos per day if you use it.

Its close to Samal Ferry Wharf — if you want to enjoy Samal.

The Security Guard on tower 3 was not helpful at all! I had to go to tower 6 just to get full instruction on how and where to get the keys to our unit! I was not informed that we had to pay for the parking!!!
