"Bad experience and terrible expericences"

After booking the room, I never received any email for information / confirmation on my stay. I called them, and they just said this issue is normal, with no explanation. I got an email later, quoted as "information received," not "confirmation," on my stay on the scheduled booking! On the check-in day, before I left my home for the stay, I called them in advance for confirmation just in case, but no answer. I still go, and when I arrived, I called them again, but no response??? Bad service! and so rude! I checked with other agents, and I and my family were lucky enough to have a nice apartment for 200k VND less. Terrible experiences.
