Everything was good

Parking in on the sort of fifth floor and ramps and quite narrow. Not a big issue if have small car One or two extra futon beds would have been nice

"Would be a great stay if the host takes responsibility to solve issue."

Car parking was provided free of charge in indoor dedicated car parking bay. The location was very good and the apartment was in a very good and clean condition. Kitchen has everything you need (cups, glasses, kettle, utensils, filtered drinking water, etc). Towels were provided for all 6 of us and bathrooms were stocked with giant bottles of shampoo and bath gels. Wifi and TV box was provided for added entertainment.

1. Collection of house key and access card. To collect them, you need to go through a locked door to get to the mail box which you can't get into without the access card. Host's advised was to wait for someone and hopefully you'll be able to get to the mailbox with their access. This is utterly ridiculous. Ended up I was approach by a guard after waiting there for more than 5 minutes waiting for the non-showing other people to get to the mailbox and had to call the host. Finally some of her relative came to let me in. 2. Fixing hot shower fault. Was advised by the host the hot shower in the master room was not working while we were out exploring Ipoh. She requested us to be in the apartment so she could arrange an electrician to come and fix the issue before 6pm. This is again another ridiculous request for it is the host's responsibility to be on site to monitor the work given we had granted her permission to go into the apartment without our presence to monitor the work. Her response was that either we sacrificed our holiday to be in the apartment for the work to be done or all 6 of us take turn to use 1 bathroom for hot shower or just has cold shower. In her word, "The water is not that cold anyway". 3. Total hot shower "outage" Half way through using the only hot shower in the working bathroom at night, it too stopped working. When reflecting this with the host on the phone and imagine our frustration with the situation, the conversation became heated between herself and my wife and instead of finding a way to solve the issue, someone in the background was heard blaming us for breaking the hot water system. She offered to extend our check out time which we declined as we had our travel plan. She insisted that she is not in fault as she already offered extended checkout time. As a matter of principle I asked for a partial refund and she reluctantly refunded RM30.

The location of the apartment

Lack of patience and mannerisms towards the guests. 1) I got the room keys lately. No prior alert was given regarding it, and no apologise asked. 2) Most of the door knobs are loose and faulty. My brother got stuck twice in the room. It was a big hustle to free him. The worst part was that the house owner, Ms Lai, simply put blame on us by using harsh words towards my brother. 3) It does not stop there. She even demanded us to pay to the lock smith for the second time my brother got stuck even though it was not our fault, but the locks. 4) It ruined our plan of the day.
