GBThe apartment was spacious and cosy, a short walk away from the train station and close enough to the Moor (shopping centre). The pool table was a nice addition and we had a few entertaining games of pool.
Not much we didn't like to be honest, the TV remote didn't work properly, not that we used it much. I did ruin a towel which lost me £25 of my deposit but I expected that.
GBDon’t stay with them. I got contacted after I’d checked out asking if everyone in my party was okay, because there was “sick everywhere” (there wasn’t at all). They assured me that they genuinely wanted to know if everyone was okay. Rubbish. I get the inevitable message that they’re taking £45 off my card to clean the sick that “was everywhere” they had my card details so I had no choice but to completely take their word for it (they didn’t supply evidence that we’d caused any damage). Further, I felt extremely uncomfortable at providing the level of personal information required to check in. Address verifications, ID verifications with selfies and driving licences all to a company that I know very little about. It was too late to cancel so I had to just do it. I knew when I had to submit a “holding deposit” I would inevitably get money taken off my card and that’s exactly what happened. Do not stay with these and choose somewhere else.
GBEasy walking distance to local facilities. Good secure parking. Lots of room in the apartment. Pool table a lovely bonus.
Sofas could have been comfier and sone blackout curtains in the bedrooms would have been good.
