The price..as only staying:12 hours between flights

The location.. good.. but here's the rub..only about 15/20 minutes from airport.. but after paying 60 euros for transfers..it works out not such a good price for a single traveller...same as going to a Rafina.hotel. with a free transfer and breakfast... but it's a slick operation.. picked up within a few minutes..and at apt soon after. The restaurants about 5/10 minutes stroll away.. nothing to complain about, just Rafina a much better option for a layover.. choice of food and dynamic.

Location to the beach is very good, few min walking...Easy, simple and smooth communication, recommending.

Very small

spacious room, near the beach, easy to access the city with bus

not really close from airport, if you take taxi from the airport, prepare to pay the fixed rate of 50 EUR

The location is OK.

The room is big enough, but all the furniture is old and used. The bath is very, very small. There is not parking space available on the streets all around the property. One big inconvenient when you travel with your own car.
