Booking.com should seriously review and re-qualify this property to determine whether it meets even the minimum standards to be listed as a hotel. The room had no air-conditioning, the space was extremely cramped, and the toilet was both unhygienic and poorly maintained. The floors were dangerously slippery, there was inadequate staff support, and there was no visible physical security on the premises. This property fails to meet basic expectations for cleanliness, safety, and guest comfort and should not be marketed as a hotel on your platform.

The property is clean and well maintained. Location is very near to Thyagaraja temple in Tiruvarur and just opposite to the temple tank.

Location is excellent to walk to the temple, that was our main intention though.

Having functions at the lower level was a little inconvenient to walk in and out of the property. Feels very uncomfortable and lack of privacy.

Lots of shops nearby and very close to temple

May need to place few more lights accessing rooms. Room Corridor passage does not have proper lighting.
