-Cleanliness: dust and hair under the beds and in the shower -Someone should take out the rubbish daily (when accommodating 6 people the bin is full everyday) - Should have shampoo and soap in the bathroom - were asked many times to comment nicely in booking.com Small details that make the difference!
GRThe place was beyond expectations. Mr Maria was very polite and more than happy to give us all the right places for us to visit. The house is spacious and has a fully organized kitchen. It is located in a convenient place, within two-minute walk you can be in the center of Spetses. Even though is located so close to the center, it's very quiet and you can relax all day long. The garden is wonderful!!!
GRthe house is recently renovated, in a nice central location, very spacious and comfortable for 6 people. the linen, towels are good and new. the wifi works well. it has air conditions almost in every room.the kitchen is fully equiped. Maria was very friendly and helpful for everything
the bathrooms were not very clean. the door knob in one room kept falling off. the heater of the bathroom on the ground floor was out of order, so we had to share the upstairs bathroom 4 people. the heater had to be switched off while showering for safety reasons(!)the old portraits of grandpa and grandma are a bit spooky in one bedroom. it is a major disadvantage that the bedroom windows do not have mesh panels to keep insects out.
