We enjoyed the large space.

You can easily hear the neighbors upstairs late at night,

It was very clean and comfortable.. Convenient location. Will recommend to family and friends who visit the area.

Clean, comfortable, convenient location.

The studio-style room was incredibly roomy with the high ceilings. The kitchen was well stocked and served our late-night cooking needs. Incredibly clean and new-looking.

The only downside is that it's an apartment-style building so there is noise upstairs in the early mornings.

It is not really a dislike, I just think others should be aware. There is one parking spot for the unit accessible from the ally. There is street parking, but the unit is in a residential area, so parking fills up in the evenings. The owner is super accommodating and can get you additional parking spaces for $15 per night per vehicle.

It was a very spacious, lovely home to stay in! We were there to attend the nearby Renaissance Faire, and the spot made it very convenient. It was also walking distance to downtown Monroe, which was a treat. We’d love to come back!
