Lovely little apartment and helpful host

I had a wonderful stay in Tenerife and really enjoyed this accommodation. The place was extremely clean, which was very important to me, and everything was well maintained. The host was excellent, very friendly, helpful, and always quick to respond to any questions or requests, which made the stay even more comfortable.

The only small downside was some music in the evenings, but it wasn’t a major issue and was something you can easily get used to after a while. Overall, it didn’t take away from the experience, and I would definitely recommend this place and stay here again.

The accommodation is all open. There are no doors that separate upstairs from downstairs. one person could not sleep if the other was downstairs as lights and sound travelled upwards. Kitchen had ants all over. Bathroom door directly next to bed. Anyone going to toilet had to open a strong sliding door, therefore disturbing the other sleeping. Balcony up 2 flights of stairs, no covers on dirty seats. TV set too high on stairwell meant uncomfortable viewing as you had to crane your neck badly. We did open windows in the morning when we were in but spent most of the day out. You could not open them at night due to excessive noise. Also we would not leave windows open when not there, due to security concerns. There were a lot of gangs around. The biggest issue was the noise. You could sit in the room from 10.00pm till 4.00AM and clearly hear all the music from the bars. It was impossible to sleep before 4.00am in the morning. This is solely down to its location. I'm not sure how the bars get away with it, its at a ridiculous level. Maybe shutters would help with noise reduction, I'm not sure? We were expecting a quiet holiday but it was a nightmare with the noise. This is an 18-30s apartment suitable for younger adults that go out after 10.00 and party all night. Anyone older or infirm would struggle as we did I'm 64 and my wife is 58, we did not anticipate the level of noise it completely spoiled out holiday. We spoke with others in the complex who said the same and thought they were misled. To top it all were have now been asked to pay extra because we didn't open the windows enough!!! - what a joke? There needs to be a warning on renting in these apartments due to excessive noise. I would not go back into this apartment if they offered it for free next year

Sehr sauber, sehr gemütlich und die Klimaanlage war das beste im Haus. Jeden Abend immer an der Terrasse gechillt. War wirklich schön

Leider Laut am Abend, aber für Leute die feiern gehen, perfekte Lage und für uns war es perfekt.

A toilet downstairs as there were 3 men sharing , but we managed , it was a one bedroom apartment and we were comfortable sleeping in the other room .
