We were fortunate to be the only guests so had the place to ourselves and it was quiet. Stylish decor. Comfortable bed. Nice balcony.

The WiFi was unreliable. We had some initial problems logging on and thereafter kept losing connectivity. There was only 1 bedside unit instead of two and some shelves or a table to put things on would have been really useful. Small bathroom.

La casa era meravigliosa, pulita , grande e con ogni comfort: aria condizionata, lenzuola pulite profumate e morbide, prodotti da bagno e tutto perfetto.

Peccato che per un errore loro nell'inserimento dell importo su booking sia stata io pagare le conseguenze. Ci hanno minacciato di cacciarci se non avessimo pagato la somma da loro richiesta. Notare poi che me lo hanno detto solo il giorno stesso, quando avevo prenotato mesi prima, un messaggio anche con booking potevano mandarlo. Esperienza pessima, 0 serietà!

A huge well equipped villa. Very kind and helpful family who did their best to help us. Clean, bright and aitconditioned.

Internet problems made our stay nightmarish. The routers are in the family home and not on site. The AC in the livingroom was not working and it was 38 degrees in Orchha. It was fixed later that day.

Incredible space, hospitable host. Full best accommodation equipment. Thank you very much for this oasis of beauty, silence and comfort! It is really one of the best experience with house in India ❤️

The property is very well maintained and Harishji helped us with the check-in and check-out. They also provided us with home cooked food at very reasonable prices since we had come very late from Lucknow. Overall a very nice experience.

The place is not exactly in the best of locations and parking is an issue as the approach road is very narrow. But this is made up by the fact that its located at a walking distance from the Laxmi temple and Raja Ram Mahal.

Everything was good in villa even the property owner has taken care about each little things and very humble in nature

The beautiful Laxmi Temple is less than a 5-minute walk away, and the terrace offers breathtaking views. The place is immaculate, bright, and well-furnished with stylish decor. Ram and his family are incredibly hospitable, providing the perfect mix of attentiveness and privacy. There’s a small supermarket conveniently nearby, and you’ll find a variety of restaurants and activities within a 10-20 minute walk. I’m eagerly looking forward to coming back!
