The AC wasn't working the Wi-Fi was down, the support team despite telling kept on saying that it would be resolved but there wasn't any action taken to resolve the issues
INININLocation was near to office, place was clean & as advertised.
Caretaker (Goldy) was not available at the time of check-in, which was told to him during the day.. Once I reached property after talking to customer care, he just to came to collect balance amount & ID. When asked about Wi-Fi & TV, he told me it needs a recharge and will start working in 15-20 mins (around 630 PM).. After that he didn't picked the call when I called him after half an hour.. When I called customer care, they told me recharge will be done by ACCOUNTS MANAGER and he will be available after 1 hour or so.. I called them around 8 PM and I was told wi-fi will start in 15-20 mins, again at 830 PM I was told the wi-fi has balance and it should work.. what they didn't mentioned is which connection to use (all this time, caretaker didn't bothered to call me). Finally when the wi-fi started working, it speed & range was so pathetic that even within 1 BHK it was not covering all area. Issue was, in the property even my mobile network was not working properly otherwise I wouldn't have suffered this much.. During my stay TV was not working..
INININThere is nothing good in this...They are literally running an oyo...they give rooms in hourly basis also....never ever book this fraud hotel..
