The Cliff Hotel & Spa

We loved the hours in the spa. The location was superb. Very large room. Breakfast was lovely also the staff.

No milk to have coffee and tea. Heater rail could not be turned on to dry towels and costumes. Meals were a bit expensive.

Location was beautiful. Staff were very helpful. I have a food allergy and they had options for many types of allergies. My breakfast was cooked for me from the kitchen rather than from the buffet. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful

Nothing to not like

Obviously it's views and the hotel is great , I'm dissatisfied as upon arrival my daughter myself checked in and in background there was some kind of row going on with staff members , not professional at all when I'm paying 200 plus for one night and eating in restaurant which rudley was told we could not dine in the point 😩 the sunset was beautiful , , waiter came over and said it was ok , 😀 , wow I was shocked , twe ordered fish and chips , it was tasteless , cold , peas were vile , also the paper they served on went all mushy with my food , , didn't complain but really should have . , room was ok , dated , please try get better harriers in room they were almost vintage , when the spa had Dyson 😆😆 , seagull mess all over our window , I know it's sea view but very dirty , bed was comfy , basic but breakfast was awful , I'm so disappointed as I love the cliff and I'm sorry to say , but what is going on ,

A very nice hotel with great views

Slightly noisy corridor Spa could be open at least one hour longer in evening in the summer months Wanted to bring in my 82 year old Dad for tea but everything has to be booked in advance no surprises !?

A very warm welcome to such a lovely hotel with very friendly helpful staff.

That it was a short visit and we didn't have enough time to explore the hotel.
