EllMar - new & modern studio in the center

Κεντρική τοποθεσία, παρά πολύ καθαρός χώρος με παροχές όπως οδοντόβουρτσες, οδοντόκρεμα σαμπουάν, παντόφλες , πετσέτες, πιστολάκι !! Κλιματιστικό υπήρχε στον χώρο(πολύ σημαντικό διότι είχε αρκετή ζέστη στην Χαλκίδα τον Αύγουστο) Η κυρία Ελλη κατάπληκτος άνθρωπος!! Με υποδέχτηκε για το check in , με βοήθησε σε κάτι υποχρεώσεις στο κέντρο γιατί δενηνωια την περιοχή κα γενικά εκανε την διαμονή μου εύκολη και ευχάριστη! Προτείνω EllMAR ανεπιφύλακτα

Property's location is convenient to everything within the city of Chalkida like bars, restaurants, and the famous pedestrian road of the town by the Evripos gulf. While the owner had seasonal deserts and limoncello drink waiting for us at the property when checked in.

There're nothing that I didn't like.

This is a very good place to stay if visiting Chalkida and want to stay in the center. The location is fantastic and is only 4 min walk from the waterfront where you will find all the bars and restaurants. The room is spacious and has a cooking hob, microwave, sofa bed, and a place to hang clothes (not a closet). The bed was comfortable and the pillows might have be the best pillows I slept on.

There are no major things that I did not like. Keep in mind that if you will have a car that the property does not have parking and that you will have to search for street parking. I did not have a problem finding space.

Excellent small studio in downtown Chalkida. Five minutes away from the promenade by the sea. Lots of options for breakfast and dinner nearby. The studio itself was meticulously cleaned and had everything we needed including a hair dryer and an iron. Hot water was available instantly.

Bear in mind the studio is quite compact, therefore I do not think that any more than two people could stay comfortably. Additionally, because it is located in a very central part of the town, it can get quite loud in early morning. Finally, parking is quite limited in Chalkida, however there is plenty of private parking spaces to rent.
