FOA really great place to stay in a really nice area. The room was clean and spacious and the hosts were helpful and check in was easy.
GBThe location was perfect. Shower is very clean. The size is just perfect for an overnight stay
The beddings needs updating as they have seem better times. The property smells like napthalene balls overall. The white light colored-cushionex chairs are all stained and have seen better days.

The Receptionist has no initiative to search for the missing info , as the occupants are just guest and not the one who does the booking . Vital information require on check in wasnt sent prior to check in date which makes the welcome experience a bad one .If only the Receptionist could have havd done extra mile to search then the confusion could be minimised . There was a moment of anxiety during checked in . Suggest that Receptionist would take time read communications on the booking documents as some questions could be answered rathen than creating anxiety and stress on Guest .

I was called to be assessed a cracked headboard. I did not see a headboard head of bed was by the window, cracked plastic bathroom glass wS considered property damage and a leaking shower head. Stove and kitcken ware pook quality. Advertised as 2 BR but it was a studio with 1 bed and cushion on floor.. facility was excellent except for brown out. I am not going to be intimidated by a long list of " damages " that are wear and tear ...a ctacked headboard?. There was no headboard. The curtains did not close all the way to there was no privacy. We had to turn off all lights to change clothes!
