Das Zimmer war gut (aber leichte Abnutzungserscheinungen), die Lage war klasse

Der Service war schlecht, Zimmerservice oftmals um 10:00 (ca. 10-15 mal) manchmal auch erst um 18:00 (ca. 3 mal), 2 mal gar nicht, obwohl ich an der Rezeption gebeten habe das sie zwischen 12:00 und 16:00 kommen sollen, Bettwäsche wurde in den 4 Wochen nur einmal gewechselt, Der Spiegel im Bad wurde überhaupt nicht gereinigt

Walls in the room needed to be painted, broken chair, door lock broken and bathroom leak around toilet

Sink faucet stuck and jammed! Shower hot water uncontrollable Curtains poor Have to use stairs with big steps for two stories to reach the hotel entrance!!!

The condo was good and basically clean in a great location and the staff helped us when we required an electric toaster due to the one in the condo being faulty.

There was the most revolting smell coming from the bathroom. It may have come from the drains in the floor of the bathroom as one of the floor drains was taped up with a bowl of what looked like charcoal on top of the taped grid. The smell seemed to come and go at certain times of the day and the smell was so strong, it radiated into the whole living area. We mentioned this problem upon checkout and we kinda thought they already had an idea that there was a problem. Certainly needs addressing before any more guests use the condo. It would have been nice to have some form of information regarding the whereabouts of switches and what operated what etc. Yes , can eventually be worked out but much easier with the correct information!
