Location. Nice apartment with a few flaws but otherwise grand.

Broken taped AC unit. Kettle broken. Jacuzzi only runs cold water.

<huge building with about 1000 apartments. Not all managed by the same owner. Our apartment was comfortable and good.

Room cleaning was ok, but we get different amount of towels every time. Hot water system had to be reset twice by a technician for which we had to wait...

This is a great place to book. Close to everything, and it's convenient to get where you're going. Also has laundry, good, and massage on first floor. Best bang for buck.

Make sure you manually lock the door when you leave. It's not a big deal but most hotel doors auto lock and these don't. Or at least mine didn't.
