GBIf we had to list the things we were happy about. They would be: The smart tv was came in handy with the children The shower as it had excellent pressure The beds were comfy The working washing machine & the heating system
On arrival we were a bit disappointed on the cleanliness of the house, especially with having 3 young children under 4 staying. For example down the side of the bed in the bedroom beside the bathroom, the cleanness of the kitchen equipment We were also disappointed there was no oven tray etc to use as there was a working oven. The neighbours also were a disgrace between shouting & banging doors but I suppose that’s expected but it was a shame. The backyard could have been better equipped to get usage out of it while we stayed. Overall if the house was better maintained and even had a better supply of cleaning essentials ( drying clothes etc) it would improve our score.

There were unfortunately ants along the unit where the kettle and microwave were. There were a lot of tiles in the back garden what could be a danger to kids so unfortunately couldn’t let the children out the back. I saw a few rats running around outside so I stopped using the back door. There was no sink bowl or oven gloves, rhs walls were very very thin and the stairs were so steep I had to walk on my hands and feet up them what was a struggle with kids. Only had shower no taps for the bath so might be an issue if children stay who don’t like showers
GBThe property is a decent size and includes everything you’d expect. Supermarkets nearby.
The location. Cleaning could have been done to a higher standard. The garden space was very overgrown and cigarette butts were lying around everywhere.
GBGBGBReasonably tidy, reasonably spacious. Decent shower pressure (often iffy at many places), beds were comfy. Plenty of towels. Kitchen adequately stocked. The Wifi was good. TV in Lounge was a smart tv (even in 2024, this isn't always the case). The lounge sofa was large and comfy. Two supermarkets within 2 minutes walk.
The neighbours were a bit noisy during the day at times, although perfectly quiet at night. I guess the backyard could be nicer.
