Terasa si wiew-ul pe care il ai asupra marii si muntelui.

Lipsa preocuparii pentru detalii privind apartamentul: - fara plase de insecte la usa si geam - lenjerii scamosate - usa de la baie se inchide greu si cu zgomot; la fel si intrerupatoarele.
