The moment you want to start park your car, using the fast paced guided video, you already know this must be a problem. Since we arrive at night, must to recheck the video while driving, very not save. In the video so many details thing not being told. Finally you manage tu come at the parking box, the number of parking lot is written on the floor, so u have to come out from your car to check😕. The designated parking has a CAR! OMG, very Late at night, u need to walking around the parking lot. They not client friendly, the only commucation is only chat. No call. I need fo wait for the reply which is slow😕 The room? I think they didnt change the bed sheet, pillow sheet. Its smelly. Like smell of people sleep there before. Lol. The floor is slippery especially in the toilet. Like people mop but not rinse it. Remote for the netflix once it launch, cannot play the movie😒dont know why. Overall, will not repeat!
MYThe studio was comfortable to stay in for a short trip. There were enough facilities provided by the host such as mini ironing board, kettle and hair dryer. Swimming pool was located at Level 5 but we didn't get to experience it personally.
Visitors would need to prepare extra for the comfort of a longer stay. For example, there were no shampoo or other basic toiletries provided other than a bath gel. Only two pillows were provided so if you're coming in two pax, you will only get a pillow each. There's no dining table so you would need to make use of the study desk provided. Biggest issue - parking layout was extremely confusing! There's no label to the designated parking bay although the other bays had them. We had to go around the parking area multiple times before we could figure out where the parking bay is actually located at. Please also note that you would need to pickup the access card first before you can enter the parking bay. Surrounding wise, I wouldn't recommend this area for a longer stay due to the road noises nearby. Rempits everywhere.
