Desde recepción gay que subir a la azotea para ir al baño

位置非常方便，看景点都是步行，风景非常好，公寓套内面积很大，自己做饭也很方便，前台很热情，能够及时给到回复和帮助

一层的通风需要完全拉开窗帘，这样必须在有人的时候通风，室内比较背阴，别的都很好

Excellent apartment in Seville with a beautiful view over the city. We stayed as a family with two children, and it was perfect for us — everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. The apartment was spacious and comfortable, with a large living room, a lovely small balcony, and an amazing city view. The beds were very comfortable, and the blackout outdoor shutters made our sleep even better. The reception staff were wonderful and very helpful throughout our stay. We traveled by car, and if you are lucky, it is possible to park for free on the same street as the apartment — you just need to carefully check the parking signs for the longer-term parking areas. Very close by there is a Mercadona supermarket, great cafés, and authentic ceramic workshops with beautiful local products. The city center, including Alcázar and Plaza de España, is within a pleasant 15–20 minute walk. This will definitely be our number one apartment choice again when we return to Seville.

De tudo! Nao encontrámos um ponto negativo no apartamento: central para as visitas à cidade, inserido num "barrio" em crescimento e "un movida estupenda". De referir a simpatia e disponibilidade da Lucia, que nos recebeu.

Nao tem a ver com "não gostar" mas sim uma sugestao de haver uma parceria com o Parque de Estacionamento que ha na Plaza de Cuba. Assim, quem chega para aproveitar a cidade nao tem esse stress! Eu tive a sorte de estacionar à porta!! :)) mas é raro!!

La ubicación y las instalaciones, el personal una maravilla

Ojo, hacen eventos en la terraza y no avisan a los huéspedes de que no se puede usar. Supimos de repente que no podíamos acceder a la terraza porque había un evento privado. No hubo en ningún momento información al respecto, salvo los esfuerzos de las chicas de recepción que poco podían hacer. Además, la piscina estuvo de mantenimiento durante toda nuestra estancia. En resumen: pagamos por unas instalaciones que no pudimos usar (y que fueron la razón por la que escogimos este apartamento) y hubo una total falta de información. Una lástima, el sitio es estupendo
