Beach front 2 bedroom & bath in Isla Verde

Sev was very responsive and very helpful when we had questions. The location was fantastic (Walgreens across the street, grocery store close by, plenty of restaurants). The beach is wonderful (you can rent chairs for $5). The pool is huge and a great option to have access to. I was there with my two teenage sons and they loved it and found it perfect for them.

The condo has the essentials so it’s hard to complain. I would just say there are a few creature comforts that would make the stay a little bit more comfortable if updated. We enjoyed our stay so nothing bothered us so much that we were impacted greatly. It would have made things more comfortable to have access to the washing machine and also a parking spot. There is a parking lot behind Walgreens ($5/day) but strategizing when to take the car and when to leave it would have been nice not to have to worry about.

We recently stayed at Sev’s apartment in Puerto Rico, and I can’t say enough good things about the experience! From start to finish, Sev was an exceptional host—thorough, responsive, and incredibly helpful. The check-in process was a breeze thanks to the clear, simple instructions provided, which made settling in stress-free and enjoyable. The apartment itself was spotless, stylish, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay—modern amenities, cozy furnishings, and even a few thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. Puerto Rico was absolutely fabulous, and staying at Sev’s place only enhanced the trip. The location was perfect—close to vibrant local spots, stunning beaches, and all the natural beauty the island has to offer. Sev went above and beyond by offering great recommendations for nearby restaurants and hidden gems, which made exploring the area even more memorable. Whether it was hiking in El Yunque, savoring mofongo at a local eatery, or just soaking in the sun, having this apartment as a base elevated the entire experience. I’d recommend Sev’s place to anyone visiting Puerto Rico in a heartbeat. The combination of a fantastic host, a welcoming space, and the island’s charm made this an unforgettable stay. Can’t wait to come back!

Best location, great owner and very friendly

This 2 bed 2 bath was a great place for our family. We are 2 adults 2 teens and were very comfortable here. The location is fantastic with many restaurants, Walgreens, CVS all within a 5 min walk. On the beach with a huge pool. The security makes it very safe. We appreciated the beach chairs and cooler that are provided. The balcony has a great view and it was so peaceful watching the ocean. Super affordable to get an Uber anywhere you want to go. We would stay here again.

The washer/dryer was locked out, and ideally it would be nice to wash your clothes/towels

This condo has a beautiful view, is spacious and comfortable. We streamed shows to the TV each night. The residents and security were nice and we liked the neighbor's Chihuahua (we called "Chonker"). We also enjoyed the pool and ocean with easy access. We appreciated and used the beach towels, cooler, and beach chairs at the pool and beach. This condo has no parking, but street parking is often available (they don't enforce the 2hr limit) and for $5, there is parking nearly across the street.

I wish the washer - dryer was available (it was locked). I would like more walkable coffee shops nearby.
