The location is great, a secure building, and the apartment is or should be really good!

A few big things. First, after booking they send a message which adds rules not stated before making the booking (e.g. restrictive check in / out times), and require you to go to an external site to leave a £150 deposit. I feel it isn't acceptable for this to be done without first stating it before booking, and second by using booking.com's payment system itself. Over 48 hours after departure and this hasn't been returned. Several people have commented on the bed being two singles pushed together. The mattresses come apart really easily, which makes it not suitable for use by a couple, or just a single person who wanted the middle of the bed. Finally, at least one towel hadn't been washed. It was covered in what appeared to be blood. Not a stain, it was still flakey. The towel was soft, dry and folded so I assume had been laundered somehow, but not actually washed with water. There were also some blood stains on the bed sheets. Totally not ok. The apartment could be lovely, but this isn't!!

Could be more clean. The ved was two single beds together, quite uncomfortable.

Great city centre location in a very quiet building. Great WI-FI, clean apartment, professional staff, reasonable rates for Bristol. Small cozy apartment.

I have stayed here before and had hoped the mattresses had been replaced. Sadly they had not. 2 single beds put together with a gap in between. Old and uncomfortable mattresses and the mattress protection sheet had urine staines on it. The sofa bed was broken, old furniture, dirty cutlery in the kitchen cabinet. There was a terrible smell in the bathroom. Construction work in the back of the building where the apartment is facing. The noise started before 7:00 AM and went on all day. Only a small closet in the living room for my clothes. The chest of drawers in the bedroom was broken. All the drawers were falling apart. The bedroom has an internal window only. Not facing the street. There is an automatic light that goes on in the halfway. It can not be controlled. I think I will not stay again until all of the above has been fixed.

Instable shower, interphone not working, bad internet conection, two single beds joined together to be a double but separate leaving a gap in the middle.

The location was great, 1 min walk from St Nick's market. The rooms were spacious.

There weren't clear instructions on how to properly exit the building, even though it was just as tricky as entering (if not worse as you could get locked between the door and the gate). The bathroom was dated and needed a deep clean. I didn't like the huge glass window between the living/kitchen area and the bedroom.

The location was amazing, and so was the check-in and check-out.

The bed was two single beds, not one bed, which was uncomfortable. The sink and shower drains were clogged up so water wasn't draining properly. I tried to clean these myself, but to no avail.
