PHEasy communication with owner, property and us. Location and cleanliness. The staff’s professionalism especially the lady in the front desk named Rosie.
The check in process was lengthy due to poor connection. But Rosie at the front desk was helpful and patient. Owners service provided help which is great. So nothing really be unhappy with.

RUAn excellent and very cozy apartment, clean and comfortable, with perfectly functioning hot water. It has all the amenities for living: a fully equipped kitchen for cooking, a comfortable bed, a powerful air conditioner and fan, all bathroom essentials, and a washing machine. The host is always quick to respond and assist with any questions. We were very satisfied with our stay.
Fortunately, there was nothing like that.
