Great location. Has a balcony.

The keys for this apartment need to be collected and dropped off from a pickup point 15mins away (by car). The neighbours were noisy (think ski boots on wooden floors at all hours) so a good night's sleep was impossible. It didnt help that the walls are paper thin. There is no oven or grill, and the WiFi works 50% of the time. Communication with the apartment management people was very difficult. Overall, not a great experience.

The place was actually cleaner and nicer than expected from the pictures. Well equipped kitchen even with a fondue pan, basic spices so you don’t need to go and buy, coffee, tea etc A nice silent place walking distance from the ski lift.

Keys to the outer door were a bit hard to use.

Due to an oversight the apartment hadn’t been cleaned when we arrived, but a quick call to your team soon resolved the problem. Cleaners came within two hours and everything was fine after that. Apartment was warm, comfortable and well equipped. Staff were courteous and polite.

Not easy to find the right key for every door. Could they perhaps be labelled to make it easier? The underground garage entrance key was very hard to use, and didn’t work at all when we were leaving on our last morning. Luckily someone opened the door from the outside after 5 minutes so we were able to get out. Very surprised that guests are expected to take the rubbish to the external bins. First time I’ve every been asked to do that!
