"Nice modern apartment"

Modern, new fit out with great city views on the 41st floor inside a fancy gated community. Close to restaurants and small supermarket. Walking distance to a huge mall.

Even though the residence has 6 lifts, with so many people using them it can take a while to get up and down from the 41st floor! Have to allow time for that.
