"We never stayed , cancelled on arrival. Awaiting full refund. NO assistance from PropR. Brushed us"

We cancelled our stay on arrival (see my email to you) and are still awaiting a full refund. The bed height is illegal 1,4m off the ground without a railing.Huge safety risk. Photos and room description never explained this-misleading.

"decent apartment, property management totally unprofessional and disorganized."

apartment was clean

Check in was a nightmare. They gave us two keys, only one of which worked. No tags to enter the building. It took three days to get a second key, and we never got the tags.
