Divine 50m2 Apartment - WE39D

Bij aankomst geen schone huiskamer en badkamer aangetroffen. Zwarte haren, tot en met op mijn slaapkussen. Op de bank, vloer enz. waren deze aanwezig. Vraag was voor ons of er wel was gestofzuigd en gedweild. Hebben wij gedaan. Helaas was er maar één rolletje wc papier. Na melding is er aangeleverd. Wij hadden het fijn gevonden dat er iemand persoonlijk was langsgekomen om één en ander te bespreken over wat wij hadden aangetroffen.

dat alles in het Engels was of qr code wij hebben daar door 3 dagen geen t v kunnen kijken en dat waren wij niet alleen zeker als je wat ouder word allebei 76 jaar ook voor de oven daarom betere uitleg daarom ook in het Nederlands B V D

Geweldig fijn en ruim appartement op loopafstand van centrum en horeca. Heel goed bed en voldoende bergruimte. Mooie badkamer met regendouche

Betaling kan eenvoudiger.

The apartment felt very cosy. It was clean and well furnished.

It was quite warm in the apartment, although we kept windows open, and heating was off.

Was there for 3 weeks. Room was not clean and never cleaned whilst I was there. There were fingernail clippings about the room when I arrived. The coffee cups were all with coffee stains even though they were in the cupboard. No vaccuming, no taking out of the trash (I emailed that I was placing the trash in the hallway where it stayed for days). Repeated emails were sent which were followed by excuses for either not cleaning properly or for not showing up at all. It made me feel unsafe. After 2 weeks, I made alternative accomodations leaving a few days earlier than planned.

Very nice and modern apartment with all the necessary appliances and furnishings. Stayed only for one night but if I ever stay around Tiel again for longer I would choose this apartment.

Check in was a little weird, received a link to a website and had to upload pictures of my ID card and prove my identity, also a credit card deposit must be made on this website. I understand that due to COVID and staff shortage it’s hard to have someone available to do the paperwork but providing all my data felt a little weird. But the staff was very helpful telling me that this is a mandatory process and they sent me the door code right away.
