"Waiting on a refund"

Didn't even get to enter the property, booking was cancelled once we had arrived outside leaving us stranded, I contacted at 4pm to let them know we were arriving, they replied at 4 20 stating the booking was cancelled due to a leak leaving us stranded in a place we didn't know and no where to stay
