The apartments are as described - 2 bedrooms, clean and equipped with everything required. Check-in is self-service and easy. Views are great.

There was a mess with address. It is not located at Tabidze street, 13 , it is Ioseliani street, 13, which is 10-15 min walk apart, quite away from center. I got bombarded with messages from an owner, including midnight calls. Elevator in the stack of apartment is a paid service. In order to get to the apartment to get the key that has a token activating the elevator you have to have coins to pay.

За такую сумму все было прекрасно. Особенно хочется отметить хозяина Константина, который мало того, что после засления отвез нас в парк, проведя по пути небольшую экскурсию по городу, так еще и вернулся вечером с несколькими огромными бутылями домашних вин и чачи в подарок. Спасибо ему огромное!
