MYMYLocation was great. Having the mall downstairs was very convenient. Generally the apartment was clean and very spacious. The view would have been better without the big construction at Milan Square (beyond the owner’s control).
The bed sheets and towels had stains. The allocated parking lot was far and inconvenient, but luckily we did not need to use it and the Grab pick-up point was very convenient. The parking is not the owners fault, it’s just because it is located at a big mall. One of the bedroom windows had construction right outside (new block being built).
BNEverthing superb!! great and strategic location, clean, spacious. Nice view from the balcony. Will definitely come back here again. We won't see the owner, but he will inform us a day before u arrive . Instruction is very easy to understand and follow.

SGIt is convenient to the Viva Mall shopping mall and does not require to travel for shopping. The security guard is very good and ensure safety is first priority. They ensure that the Air B & B guests are well protected and not allowed any strangers to enter into the property.
It is quite spacious and able to accommodate more than 10pax. They should have utilised the space and provide some board games at the back of the Sofa area. The Sofa is quite stiff and Pillow is a bit too soft for sleeping. I hope that the owner can upgrade both of the furnitures to be more comfortable. The host should also provide plastic bags for throwing the trash too. Thanks
