Nice decor, comfy beds, very clean

Wasn't prepared for how steep the stairs were, were a bit difficult for my dad. We only got two towel bundles for 5 adults - had to use tea towels! Think this was an oversight though so haven't affected the rating

The property was immaculately presented & in a great location about 20 minutes walk from the centre of York. The beds were super comfy & there was everything we needed for a great stay.

perfect holiday home, clean, comfy with everything u need. special mention for the beds,soooo comfy! walking distance to town and easy parking outside house. definitely come back!! highly recommend it.
