Penthouse Fishart 602 - Las Canteras Beach

Great facilities. Well equipped kitchen with dish washer, washing machine, oven, microwave oven & a lot of extras like blender, toaster, nespresso capsule brewer & more. 3 bathrooms with wc and shower. Huge balcony and an equally huge terrace upstairs with a sun beds, bbq, kitchen, fridge, toilet, shower and even a private sauna! Table for 4 indoors, at the balcony and on the terrace as well. A lot of hangers and plenty of space to put clothes. Spare sets of towels and bed sheets. Start set for bathroom, washing machine and dish washer. Silent street with no traffic. 40 meters to Las Canteras beach.

The apartment is in a quiet pedestrian street yet under a minute’s walk to the beach and the promenade full of restaurants, and there are mini markets nearby. The interior is spacious and well thought out, and the two terraces are great for outdoor dining and relaxing. There is more than enough cutlery, crockery, very nice glassware, and appliances than you could wish for. The provision of two toiletry packs - shampoo, body lotion, shower gel, dental, vanity and sewing kits etc - was a lovely touch. The weather was mostly cool and cloudy but we felt cosy in the apartment. Communication with Laura and Eleanor was excellent before and during our stay. The YouTube video sent in advance on how to find the property was really useful.

Unfortunately the en suite WC was not working (we were advised on the day) which was slightly disappointing, but the family shower room opposite the kitchen was only a few steps away. As there were only two of us this wasn’t a big issue. As this was a holiday weekend, they were unable to book a plumber before we left (our stay was only 3 nights - although wish it had been longer).
