Location is good, felt safe area and bigger grocery store is 10 minutes driving distance.

Cleaness - there was burnt plastic fork next to couch on the floor and many small plastic pearls from someone's broken bracelet on the floor - that indicated that floors are not cleaned very well. Exceptionally bad with small objects and dirt as we had two children who just learnt to crawl. As previously mentioned in older review - garden door did not lock - children could possibly slide doors open and there is pool very close. The worst part is heating. Downstairs the rooms are very unevenly heated and thermostat acts strange so we had to change temperature on display several times during night time. Upstairs heating was broken the first night, second day it was fixed (after at least 3 calls and messages to host), right after 3rd night it was broken again. Temperature in room was 17-18 degrees which was not comfortable, especially with baby. And finally the overall communication was very strange. Host called without any previous communication 2 minutes before arrival to collect city tax. He did not have change so he kept our change for 2 days and I had to ask several times to bring it back. We were told to leave at 11 exactly but cleaning lady arrived 30 minutes early and was eager to start before both families had left. Did not feel welcomed there at all. Maybe the communication would have been better if we'd speak French but it was very hard to get by with only English.

The living space especially was nice, bedrooms were good size. Hot showers are possible here, which isnt always guaranteed in Morocco. The house also has a heating system. The weather was cold during our visit, so we didn't use the pool but there are nice outdoor garden spaces to enjoy too. The house is good for a group of 6 people at least.

The sliding doors to the back garden did not lock. The landlord was nice enough to come in-person to reassure us the house was safe, in a gated community etc but the fact that the 2 sliding doors to the garden had broken locks was off putting especially when you dont know the area or city very well. My partner didn't feel at ease sleeping in a house with no lockable back doors. Hopefully the owner resolves this asap! The overall impression we had was although the villa was spacious and nice, it was in need of some upgrades throughout.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette maison à Marrakech. L’espace est vraiment spacieux : de grandes pièces lumineuses, une décoration soignée et une atmosphère très apaisante. Le petit plus est la piscine. Le lieu est calme, confortable et offre tout ce qu’il faut pour se détendre et profiter pleinement du séjour.

Nous avions convenu d’un check-in à 15h avec le propriétaire, horaire confirmé en amont. Cependant, le jour même, on nous a informés qu’il ne serait finalement pas possible d’accéder à la maison à cette heure-là. Cela a été difficile à gérer, sachant que nous avions un vol très tôt (décollage à 6h) et que nous étions à Marrakech depuis 9h du matin. Nous avons également rencontré une coupure d’eau chaude liée à des travaux, ainsi que des prises électriques à l’étage supérieur qui ne fonctionnaient pas, ce qui a été un peu contraignant. Il manquait des serviettes malgré le nombre de personnes indiqué en amont, mais le propriétaire est rapidement venu nous en apporter
