Huge & Vibrant 2 Bedroom Unit in Cebu City

the owner was very nice and kind

it wasn’t the room that was shown on the booking.com + the pool was an additional fee.

The host is terrible. We did not continue to rent yet they did not refunded my money.

The guards are very disrespectful as well as the host and the property owner. I need my refund.

I liked leaving this property, our best time when we were in cebu was when we were not at the property

Leaking bathroom, ac wasn't working, not friendly homeowner, room wasn't what was shown on booking.com, not enough towels, homeowner was unresponsive, prostitutes in the lobby everynight

The host response was quick but lacking

the exchange appartment was dirty, shower head holder where all damage, no exhaust in the upper bathroom, The kitchen sink drainage smells, the electric stove is not working, extension wires are limited. the wall double power socket in the upstairs small room either sparks or no power at all when both are being used. the water dispenser is very dirty we have to clean it before use.
