Nice house and appartment, 2 dogs which are good for the kids, very nice view down the mountains to the valley and lake, nice environment. The appartment was big enough for 3 of us and there was a nice place to sit outside having the great view. Price is fair.

If you really want to cook and being a family, you have to ask for bigger pots. The breakfast has to be prepared by the guests. All necessary things were provided, but I advice to buy fresh bred or croissants, cheese or sausages if you prefer these things. There is jogurt, marmelade, eggs, same cakes, croissants out of a pack, cornflakes crunch, coffee and schoko drinks, milk, and fresh fruits.

The ‘breakfast’ part was rather thin, generic supermarket stuff, nothing fresh.

Location was stunning, beautiful views over Lecco and the lake. Lovely items left for breakfast and lovely clean room for us all. Roberta was so welcoming and the two dogs at the property were an added bonus for our two boys. Recommend the cable car up piaza d,erna for even more stunning views

We were very happy to see a photo of a beautiful old Italian villa, views from the window of the city of Lecco, the mountains and Lake Como. Also the pictures of the room in the attic were encouraging. Unfortunately, the reality is definitely different from the offer. The room is very small connected by a door with other rooms, through the door you can hear everything that is happening at the neighbors. Through a beautiful, huge, viewing window red insects enter, which reach up to the bed, there is no protective net. The room is reached by an untidy dirt road and all the dust and stones are brought into the room. The bathroom is well and nicely equipped, but hot water is sometimes missing and you have to ask for it. Very inconvenient is the necessity, every time you leave or go out, to ask to open the gate. We understand the concern for safety, but it can be solved by other technical means. Breakfast, poor

Little villa at the edge of a small village, the place has a magnificent view down a valley. The room was huge, placed at the last floor, with slanted roof. The place of the accommodation was ideal for us: quiet but still close enough to lake Como for visiting important tourist attractions. The host, Roberta, was very nice and attentive to all our needs and questions. Highly recommend the place!
