Расположение отличное:: пляж, магазины, супермаркет и рестораны рядом. В квартире есть все необходимое, выглядит как на фото, чисто. На улице было тихо и днем и ночью, мы смогли хорошо высыпаться. Замечательная хозяйка.

Значимых минусов для себя мы не нашли.
