I discovered that the property is located inside the psychiatric and neurological building. I contacted customer service and asked to cancel the reservation because the description in the advertisement differed from reality. The host refused to accept the cancellation of the reservation. Booking.com informed me that it failed to convince the host to cancel the reservation. I opened a dispute with Booking, and I stopped the payment through Klarna. How can Booking.com involve a family and children to spend the night in a property shared with a center for psychological and neurological diseases?! Hur kan Booking.com involvera en familj och barn att tillbringa natten i en fastighet som delas med ett center för psykologiska och neurologiska sjukdomar?!

Det är inte rent o rummen, väldigt kallt, städar inte på morgonen (byta lakan osv) borde vara billigare kylen o kylskåpet luktade inte gott samt besticken etc inte rena
