Spectacular views. Very clean. Exactly as advertised. Bayu and his staff were very nice and helpful.

Few simple things that can easily be addressed by the owner. Hot water is enough for 2 people at a time. Wifi in one room is very weak. A wifi boaster or extender would be helpful.

The villa is beautiful with an amazing view on the rice fields. The living room although without air conditioning is not too hot. The villa is a bit out of Ubud but there are things to visit around and it is easy to get things delivered if needed. It is beautifully decorated and well equipped.

The swimming pool could be a bit cleaner.
