The location’s proximity to the city CENTRE makes shopping fun. Good utilities , heating was top notch. Response was very prompt . Helpful notes on the property and the area .

Lovelt place to stay. Lovely big rooms, bathrooms are nice Location great Shops nearby. Kitchen well equipped. Great stay, would recommend, and we will be back again.

Handy for city access and module type rooms to suit students/contractors and the like,although smallish rooms comfy beds en suite wardrobes tv and work station in most rooms which you don't often get with most properties
Had issues with hot water but host was ultra responsive and got it sorted with the help of friends and family which was nice to see

Fantastic newly refurbished modern property with everything you could possibly need. Spotlessly clean with amazing facilities, en-suite in 3 rooms and a main bathroom, well stocked kitchen with lots of cooking equipment and utensils including an air fryer! Tea, coffee and milk provided which was a lovely touch. Each room has a TV, desk and the beds were very comfy. The location is a quiet residential area close to the city centre and university with ample parking for our whole group. Dan is a great host, very responsive and friendly. Will definitely be booking again, highly recommend!
