Panorama House - 400m from Sandbanks beach

Exceptionally clean and comfortable. Fabulous location only 10 minutes walk to ferry over to shell bay . Transport very easy to get bus to studland /swanage for some great walking .

Hi Sally the top floor bath is dangerous the water isn’t mixed therefore as the water temperature was very hot it scalded Paul and the tap itself was very hot on one side perhaps change the mixer .

house was lovely every thing we needed

local shop was a car drive away (tesco xtra) not much to do in the area except for a beach it is a stunning beach ! beds could do with mattress topper as we could feel the bed springs

I haven’t be honest and say for a house of this level I would expect more comfortable sofas and the beds were quite poor. 😩

Location location location!

Location, cleanliness, dog friendly with secure back garden. Kitchen well equipped and numerous bathrooms. Garden would be excellent in the summer for entertaining with the large patio area and furniture

Location is amazing. Just minutes from the beach and walking distance from many restaurants and cafes . House is very clean ( and dog friendly ) and having the lovely conservatory gives plenty of room for a large family. Sun terrace at back and enclosed garden is great. Porch at front so helpful to clean off sand before coming inside. A super family beach house - loved being there in the autumn when dogs are welcome on all the beaches.

Not at all a criticism but rather a tip for other guests. If you are planning on self catering you may want to take some extra equipment with you - I didn’t find any scales / mixer or large dishes - luckily I had packed a large le crueset pot and a lasagne dish and pre weighed ingredients for recipies. Also a couple more tea towels and dish cloths may be helpful ( but easily purchased from Tesco, a short walk away ) .
